Facilitated by Active Eight’s Occupational Therapist and Exercise Physiologist with one-on-one support from Brisbane Boys College grade 11/12 health & fitness students and hosted in BBC’s state-of-the-art gymnasium. This inclusive program is designed to stimulate A8 members physically and socially in a fun and integrated environment! Activities develop gross motor skills in the areas of coordination, flexibility and endurance. Limited places per session!
The program will work on individual and team based skills, and give children and adolescents the opportunity to learn new skills and progress at their own rate.
Children and adolescents who want to work on strength, coordination and social skills, or who enjoy being active. We are able to cater to children of different ages and abilities, so please contact our staff for further information.
What to expect...
BBC boys and A8 members will work collaboratively to participate in gymnastics, strength, conditioning, and obstacle based activities, with guidance and support from our facilitators.
